ChurnZero is always enhancing its product offering and investing in partnerships that support client success initiatives. We've been a client for a year and it seems like they've released several material enhancements (such as, Renewal Hub, Play Templates, the list goes on). The platform has a ton of features and customization to develop and iterate on client journeys and plays. The customization was very important to support our complex business model. Lastly, we've been able to make our team more efficient and increase client load because of ChurnZero. Prior to implementing CZ we were working out of multiple systems making us incredible slow to react to what our data was telling us.
