What I like best about churn zero is it's configurability which is essential for any tool to be a single source of truth for a variety of organisations with very different processes. You can configure this with a fair amount of freedom which is very helpful.

Churnzero is very easy to use and navigate through. I personally enjoy the ability to automate emails, the events board is very clean with it charts and was very easy to integrate with SalesForce.
