The tool is great for account management. It's incredibly flexible and allows you to surface and segment crucial data that is specific to your business. Making it easy on your reps to prioritize account management activities. The customer support is outstanding. I usually get a response within minutes from our account rep and they are always willing to jump on a call and assist with additional training.

Configurability! I love how much I can change, manipulate and customize for what I need when I need it. There are certainly enhancements to be made but right now it is the best CS tool I have used in my 10+ years in Customer Success. With the recent additions of the Gong integration, AI tools and Success Plans this is helping my CSM Team take it to the next level! They all love it and are living in CZ every single day since it is so easy to use! Also - I have loved our experience with our CSM Lucas! He is always so helpful, extremly responsive and always challenges me to think outside the box, simplify and consider new things! Huge high five to Lucas!
