I love the UI, it's level of flexibility, and customization. They have an amazing Support team, and CS team. Overall their system just makes sense. I found Gainsight to be overwhelming and more for leadership. Totango was leaps and bounds behind Churnzero in its functionality, time to value, and impact. I will be a CZ supporter forever.

I like the fact that you can have a holistic view of all your customers and understand anything about them.

I love how easy it is to update the customer 360 fields, and keep tabs on your task, meetings, book of business, and plan campaigns to benefit the client. It makes my work so easy I dont have to worry to log tasks like meetings because it already reads my calender.
