Not only does this have basic functions such as family and personal info, but it also allows us to organize groups and manage events and host forms for people to fill out. There is also a way to track progress of individuals and always have a touchpoint for them: whether it is connecting onto a team, a small group, or attending an event. There is also a way to pull reports to find specific data.
