It has an easy to use interface, powerful where it needs to be, and young enough that the programmers are constantly looking to improve and use good ideas.

Very User Friendly. The system is intuitive. The check in system . Everything you need in one place. It is web based so it can be accented anywhere/anytime. Inside of scheduling, I do like that volunteers can log in and block out their own dates. It helps us keep all 200 of the volunteers we oversee (just in children's ministry) straight and connected.
