The interface of CCB is clean and easy to understand. The system really is worth the money.

Clean interface that is fairly intuitive. The program is massive, so there's a lot to know if you're the Master Admin. But help section is incredible with lots of videos and articles. They also have really, really good support to answer questions in a timely manner. Check-in for our kids ministry has been great. Runs smoothly, great reports, and allows us to track attendance. Reporting on data in the database is great. LOTS of options for various things. System reports are great, but you can customize your own too. It'll even email the report to you on a schedule if you want. Quite simply, it's just nice having so much information in one place. Working at a church with thousands of people I don't know how anyone does it without ChMS these days. CCB is definitely one of the best options out there.
