CCB's Advanced and Saved Search Functions make it easy for church administrators to track demographic data for their congregations. For example, if members have filled out their profiles, you can run and save searches filtering them by age range, location (zip code), gender, marital status, and more. This simplifies targeted outreach (whether by email or snail mail), since you can export these contacts to CSV/Excel, pull them into a mail merge within CCB, or print their addresses onto standard mailing labels.

Ease of use for sure! We use CCB as our database for volunteer tracking, reports, scheduling, calendaring and all events, childrens check in, event and class check in, financial ... you name it, it does it and we use it!

Church Community Builder is a very user-friendly platform for church database management. We had a relatively easy time getting our old information migrated over to CCB and implementation coaching was great. I definitely recommend that extra expense to learn how to best use the platform. Because the system is so intuitive, our staff has been able to use the software with minimal hand-holding. At first, the integration with Pushpay was great - though it has been more problematic lately. Some of the changes that have been made to the platform recently have improved the user experience, like updated people search.
