How easy this platform is as a merchant. I love the flexibility of changing the menu and leaving messages for our customers. I also really like the reward program that is built in for our customers. We hear from our customers that it is super easy to order.

It is easy once it is up and running. Once you learn how to make your own changes it becomes even simpler. It is worth the time and energy because, again, once you understand the "back office" piece it can be very helpful. Changes made to online menus are immediately updated. Customer service is good but can't always or quickly resolve issues.

I love how they go out of their way to help every with every step. They want you to succeed as a partner company!
