Checkwriters is good for time management

|Checkwriters
Checkwriters is very user freindly in the fact that the dashboard is well labled. I would recommend adding the ability to access managers time approval from the regular Dashboard and avoid having two differnt logins, one for your own time records, and one for employee time records.
