I love that it is quick and easy to process reference checks and that it is convenient for both parties to fill it in when they are able too instead of waiting for a good time to talk to the referee

All our checks are in one place and easily accessible and we don't have to spend time chasing candidates to complete checks.

It's straight forward and takes a lot of the manual grind out of checking references, letting me focus on other important things. And the Checkmate team has been nothing short of awesome to work with. They're always keen and quick to help and they listen to feedback. Being able to both check references and perform background checks in a single solution is a huge help. In the past, either one of them has been manual or I've had to swap between two different solutions. Having it all in a single spot is really useful.
