Very easy and seamless system, Customer support and client management interaction is fantastic. They do an excellent job of putting resource behind their product to ensure their are not delays in checks due to user or document upload error's rather than waiting for issues to be raised. Our client manager was extremely knowledgable about New Zealand compliance and recruitment including future legislation changes e.t.c

It's easy to get started and run background checks/reference checks. There's not really much of a learning curve, it's pretty straight forward.

The software is user friendly, easy to use, and saves time. I would recommend it to my colleagues and I enjoy using it.
