User Friendly and Comprehensible
Chattr is very user friendly; there's little to no room for errors or mistakes to be made with an applicant. It has multiple features available to make the screening process efficient. There's multiple tools for analyzing and sorting data that may need pulled.

I like their chat feature, and now they have a new AI chat feature that I am eager to try. They are always ready to help when I have questions. The website layout is also very intuitive and easy to use.
