Great tool for understanding your customer base

I would highlight a few things: 1. Chattermill effectively enables complex NLP categorization of text data at various levels of granularity 2. The native Chattermill dashboard interface allows non-technical users to dig deeper into customer feedback data. 3. The Chattermill team is always incredibly helpful and willing to let us weigh in on how to make their product better.

Valuable resource for Product Design

As a Product Designer, I mostly use Chattermill during the early parts / discover stages of my project. Chattermill is a great way for me to understand user sentiments across our various communication channels and to help me pinpoint areas of further interested. I appreciate the design of the platform, the ability to create custom dashboards that I can share / link to for collaboration. Being able to query our user sentiments based on search inputs and/or aspect of our app is super valuable as well. Besides discovery matters, I user Chattermill to build reports internally.
