It is compared to others incredibly easy to use. I have tried many, I'm not a coder and don't want to be. Chatling allowed me to get a chatbot up and running that sends a user a summary of the conversation plus other information in under a couple of hours. Most other software for me at least takes you 9 tenths of the way but then there always seems to be a stumbling block. Not had that with Chatling and it also seems very robust across multipl platforms and devices 👍

The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone without programming knowledge. It offers a variety of well-designed templates that simplify the work process. The team is also very responsive, listens to feedback, and does their best to assist whenever possible.

The user interface is intuitive and easy to both use and understand. Documentation, API and Support all can be consumed digested and put to use quickly.
