Best Intercom alternative for customer support and engagement with reasonable pricing

Firstly, the cost is more reasonable compared to intercom. It is particularly efficient when broadcasting a large quantity of messages to users. They also have an outstanding customer support team.

A rare all-in-one business messenger/CRM that delivers on it's promise

I use Channel.io on a daily basis, bot has an internal team chat, but also to handle customer inquiries. I use it on my computer, have it on my phone, and it works exactly as advertised. Having used slack and other live chat services, not only does channel.io accomplish the same tasks - but looks and feels modern yet lightweight. I use the teamchat features the most, I really like the ability to save messages, see the mentions and reactions that I've received, and that the app/platform is constantly getting upgraded.
