I appreciate that when teams adopt Basecase, they get better at their job; in fact, teams using the platform saw a more than 45% increase in sales compared to those who chose not to use it. I also like that the designers build out our tools using our branding guidelines, which get approved with minimal input from my team, using just a few feedback comments. They employ UI/UX experts and Health Econ project managers, which adds to the quality. Additionally, I find that the initial setup of Basecase was easy, and early adopters showing results helped to get more of my team to convert.

We even connected it via API to our datalake to prefill hospital data, and moved from Showpad for its stronger Excel needs and SQL driven database.

I really appreciate the offline mode of Basecase as it ensures our team can use tools seamlessly in the field. The data security is also a major benefit, keeping sensitive health economic data protected and compliant, while only having 1 or 2 admins has minimized chances of data leakage. I also like that teams have harmonized content while going to clients, meaning all reps use the same information with the flexibility of having scenarios.
