We have been using Centripetal for several years now and they have been a great partner. The amount of threats that are blocked by default is comforting but more importantly, the continuous, automated blocking of new threats gives us more piece of mind. We are too small to have our own SOC and many of the other outsourced SOC providers are simply out of our range. I feel that Centripetal provides a good medium solution. We have turned on automatic blocking of new threats mainly because on the rare occassions that something legitimate does get blocked, support responds in minutes and resolves the issue. In some cases, when a site that we use has been blocked, it was for legitmate reasons and we were able to report that back to the site owner and they were able to resolve an issue before it became larger.
