Very convenient to use espacially for managing a larger number of users. Lots of things can be automated and the layout/structure of the platform is clear, not overloaded and appealing (on browser). Also the chat bot and the help-articles are helpful and even there is a large time difference between California and Europe, the support-team replies quickly (in their working hours of course) and are friendly and helpful. It is also great how much you can customize to give the users a sense of beloinging to our company and our products. I also like that you can make a Jira integration which is very helpful for some projects.

The Centercode support team provices consistent and positive support. If I don't know why something isn't working, they are only a chatbox away from diving in and assisting with my issue. They are also sure to teach my why I ran into the issue so that I can grow as a user of the platform. They also have great resources for learning the tools at your disposal.
