I have just implemented CatalogIt for an all-volunteer historical society. I'm impressed with its overall layout and features. Training another volunteer to use CatalogIt was easy. I like that authority control is built into selected fields (author, publisher, etc). The Export feature is intuitive. Batch editing is available for some fields, such as categories and folders. Customer support is excellent.
