It was a great experience thanks mostly to the team there, coupled with the fact that the software makes a real difference to our strategy. We love the way that the content on the blogs, links so well with how to actually use the tool. From a pure software perspective, I like the fact that they update the software regularly and introduce features like the new sliding sidebar which makes everything easier to use.
