Ability to collaborate with staff on the Strategy! Cascade software flows well, so most Strategic plans can be added without making major changes. I love how the Software makes you stop and think about the business actives and projects and how they align to an overall strategy. 1. The tracking of the progress with dashboards. Previously my clients found it nearly impossible to understand what progress was being made in terms of executing the strategic plan, but with Cascade it is transparent and straight forward.
