Constant new features and the possibilities of development going forward...its pretty customisable right now but I dont expect that to stay, which is fine!

This is so user friendly, easy to navigate and very streamlined. The best thing is it helps to keep an eye on everyone's performance and their progress so that we all are on the same page working towards the main goal.

The customer support has been outstanding working with me build our strategy using custom features, which is important when bringing in a new business tool. This support has been extended to the executive team, making it easy for me, the strategy owner, to engage our executive team to use Cascade. Prior to using Cascade it was cumbersome to update progress against targets and having the visibility and accountability across the team has given the team confidence that as a business we will be able to make meaningful progress to achieve our 2025 Vision. Cascade means that we can focus on delivering against the strategy rather than spending too much time setting goals and targets in tools not designed for this purpose.
