Having a truly cloud-based dental software is priceless for me as a working mom. Since C-19, I have come to appreciate the ability to run operations remotely more than ever. The most notable positive attribute of Carestack for me though is the customer service. One of the owners, Kevin Cook, has been an ally for me as we grow our company. His laser focus on doing what is best for our team and out patients in unmatched in the industry. Likewise, our account manager, Stacey Geisel, is incredibly knowledgeable and operates like an extended member of our whole dental wellness team. We are currently using CareStack for our RCM across our offices. This has allowed us to take some of the pressure off of our front office team and allow them to spend the most time with our patients, which is always our goal.
