Carbone is a cracking low code tool that's extremely versatile when generating transactional reports, certificates and documentation. The strong documentation and simple syntax make it easy to pick up, even for non technical people. Beyond the tool, the team are extremely friendly and communicative - always happy to help with a query.

They have a wide variety of functionalities which I'm always discovering. The documentation is great - I have found everything I have needed which has made for a very easy implementation and integration with my system. And the customer support is exemplary. I have been in touch with them twice (both times were an issue on my side which they helped me resolve). The customer support agents are very knowledgable and ready to help. Also, you don't pay for test prints which takes the pressure off when testing.
