You can easily understand the general sentiment and emotional reactions without having to read every single comment. The AI assistant is also helpful when trying to understand what comments are saying at a high level. It is definitely one of the more mature AI products I've come across when compared to other tools in this space. Customer support has also been quick and reliable, which is always a bonus.
