Canvs AI has significantly improved its ability to automatically code open ends and categorize them in buckets/themes. It saves users much more time than coding the open ends manually. Its AI story feature is also super useful as it gives you a very detailed rundown about what customers per coded theme/bucket or for the entire data set of open ends.
