Excellent Out-of-the-box Starter Contact Center Software

Transforming an ancient phone system to a modern call-center experience is not an easy task. Having this said, set-up and support was excellent and immediate improved communication with not only customers, but internal teams as well. Integrates seamlessly with Skype for Business.
