My favorite feature is email tracking, you can see when someone opens an email or doesn't. This saves alot of trouble of re-emailing people if they don't open the original email. There is also a follow up setting, so you don't have to remember to follow up, Buzz Stream will remind you. The dashboard inbox feature is also a new fantastic feature.
