I've been always looking to find a good tool to keep track of my finances. I kind of had in mind what I wanted, but could not find something cost-effective and easy to use. The other known tools out there were OK but what attracted me to Buxfer, was the ability to sync my non-US bank to my Buxfer account. Other good tools I was looking into, did not have this feature.I also like the fact that you have a lot of flexibility.

Buxfer is known than its competitors like Mint and Personal Capital, but easily matches them feature for feature, and has some nice extras as well. For me, the ease of use and ability to create and track budgets made it a perfect fit. Account syncing works 99% of the time, and an occasional sync glitch usually clears up within a day.

I have worked with this app since 2017. I tested another 2 or 3 apps to manage my accounting and Buxfer was the best. The best part is that I am from Colombia and I can manage my accounts in Colombian Pesos as my accounts in dollars.
