Their templates ROCK and are so so so easy to use! It is super easy to implment - get 3 weeks of work done in literally 30 min!. I use this software all of the time - even used it to help a friend build her funnel. It can also integrate with ESPs with Zappier. I have never had to use customer support but my friend Tonya did and she said it was spot on.
