The system is easy to use and looks nice and clean and user-friendly for employees. Employees rarely have questions about the system while working their way through enrollments. This saves us a lot of time and energy - especially with an HR group of just 2!

Implementation of benefits administration exceeded our expectations. The team included a strong project leader with a deep knowledge of benefits and Microsoft tools. The software would be very appropriate to a smaller company with a standard menu of benefits (no options) and no unusual employment situations. A great feature was the dashboard to measure annual enrollment activity on a daily basis.
