Umm. I like that the service is very user-friendly and has had no issues so far. I think that it serves its purpose very well and that's all that one could ask for when investing in something. But overall, I do like the speed and the precision with which the system works. You can have it on your computer and on other platforms as well. It also helps optimize the use of paper and ink, I'm not sure how this is implemented but it works wonders and can help save a lot of money.

I like having printing, scanning, fax, and copying in the same machine. It's also a small machine so it takes up less space which is great in our small office.
