I love that the support is there. the ease of using their campaigns or creating new ones. I also love that all the agents are in one place and I can write notes, and schedule followups. and everything a great CRM has to offer

I like that I can quickly find specific profile best on all kind of filters. Automated and bulk emails and text are also a big plus. As well as optin to make calls, send txt and emails or set appointments directly from the system. Neew fir=ture with inbox is also great
