BrightWork is OK. It essentially provides you with more tools for your SharePoint environment. The best thing about it is the ability to customize reports and forms. It's perfect for Lessons Learned activities. I can send the form to everyone on my team, and they can provide their feedback. The reporting is good too. I can use form data to create customized reports. My favorite report is a project overview chart that provides details about the status of each project.

I like how the solution integrates into our current SharePoint environment and allows us to customize it templates.
