It's ease of use is one of the things I like most about Dash. Both the front and back end are intuitive and easy to navigate which makes sharing and managing assets with others inside and outside of the business a doddle.

The key to using this system is making sure the photos have the proper information assigned to them when the photo/media is uploaded. When the metadata is created properly, Dash allows its users to search through thousands of photos within seconds to find the image for which you are looking. I have found Dash to be much faster for me when I am at home searching through photos, rather than the old method of having to VPN into a network and search that way. Dash also has an easy way of sharing media, which is a useful tool to have when sharing a larger group of images with others. One other thing I have been most impressed with is their customer service. If there is a problem (even if it is on the end of the user) they have responded right away to the concern and gone above and beyond to help get the situation resolved.

I love that anyone in the organization can take part in the photo collaboration on Dash. It's an excellent tool for any size organization that has photographers and designers.
