It is easy to navigate aound. Lots of useful functions available. It is good their is a variety of subscriptions to choose from depending on the levels you need. I love the chat feature, great to have access to help while on the website amd have customer support.

Breathe is easy to use and has great training for the team members also. As a manger it is great to have one safe and secure space to keep all HR documents and info togheter. Booking leave is easy to do and manage, sickness is easy to record and monitor and all 1:1 paperwork can also be saved on there. I use it 2-3 times a week to get on top of all HR tasks

We have been using breathe HR and ROTA for a few months now and I log in daily! It was very easy to set up our team of 40 employees and train them on the features they would be using. It is so easy to request holidays online or through the App. We have fully transferred over our clocking in/out by using the App. It is easy as an HR administrator to add details, and set starters and leavers, adjust the rota and communicate changes to the team. We also use the timesheet feature for overtime which is used regularly by our team. On the few occassions I had questions, I used the chat bot and was always responded to promptly. The guidance website is also very useful, expecially when setting up. The step by step guides helped me easily intigrate our holidays onto the system half way through the year! I would recommend Breathe to any small business looking to organise their employee database.
