Easy to implement We did not have an existing HR system so integration was not an issue Great features which the team have embraced I use it on a daily basis. Being able to import the leave/holiday calendar is by far my favourite feature

The layout is very easy to allow the information that you require to be seen. The feel is uncluttered and 'less is more'. There are a lot of functions available and more reports than we use to date. I personally login first thing each morning and open the Calendar screen open to enable me to check staff absence, scheduled (pending) and through sickness (historic), to get a handle on possible workplace choke points over the coming month.
