I like about it that it is simple to use and very straight forward

As a small company we previously didn't have an HR system in place, so information was saved in lots of different places and approving/keeping track of holidays was onerous. Now, everything is all together in one place and takes so much less time to do. I can easily export holiday reports for our accountant, everyone's documents are easily accessible and tracking absences takes no time at all. Our HR consultant initially recommended it to me and had offered to help set it up, but I did it all myself and there were no problems at all. if and when you need to contact customer support, they have a chat function and come back to you very quickly. I generally log into Breathe once or twice a week, as necessary.

Breathe has been great in allowing us to consolidate all personnel records into a single place. Being able to record and view leave, sickness and objectives all in one place in an easy manner is very valuable. In addition, the ability to restrict different types of access to different people helps with the uniformity of the records (whereas otherwise different systems with different permissions are required)
