This is a one stop shop where we can view everything in one place for our staff files, holiday and HR requests. We were using several different platforms and document measures before hand. It has saved so much time and having an email trail for holiday requests is a big bonus to keep track of everything.

The functionality of Breathe has allowed me to eliminate many spreadsheets and streamline processes/policies towards employee self-service. Breathe has also helped me to demonstrate to investors that we have the ability to track important people metrics. I look forward to learning more as we progress further into our subcription.
