The system was so easy to setup. The support team were very efficient in setting us up. Training was provided and the support team was there every step of the way. The response times are truly amazing and the team is phenomenal. The user interface is really so simple and user friendly. Management of the users is very easy and the system is so easy to navigate through. All changes sync seamlessly and the platform is really easy to work. What I like the most was that Paula is one of the individuals that goes above and beyond for every single customer. Although we are probably one of her smallest clients, she did not treat us or make us feel any less important. The level of service and commitment we received from her since day 1 of meeting her has not changed a year later. Not many companies have an individual like her which is why this is so unique.
