Mentoring Program with Brancher
We liked the fact that it can be delivered online and is supported by a portal that is easily accessed and shared between the mentee and mentor. Brancher have been very responsive in dealing with any technical teething problems for our participants.
Brancher has also been very happy to customise some of the delivery by understanding and respecting the unique geographic challenges and capacity issues faced by some of our member organisations.

Great program that kickstarts your mentoring journey.
The mentoring program with Brancher came at an ideal time for myself - I was new to the public sector and did not have many contacts within the Department. Brancher's matching process was a breeze, and I felt like they did a great job in providing a few mentoring options for me to narrow down. I've been seeing my mentor fortnightly for 6 months now. Brancher's resources helped kickstart our mentoring conversations, and we go back to them now and again to keep us on track. The ongoing customer support and check ins with Brancher have been helpful as well, addressing any questions we have with the platform and also taking onboard our feedback.
