Bookkeep has been a time saver for us as it posts and reconciles the revenues and payments as we are going to target $30 Mn. in revenues Bookkeep will help us scale this without any additional efforts.

The user interface for this program is so clean and simple. It doesn't try to do everything and isn't constantly pitching you sales of other products. It does what it does, very well, better than any other software.

I first used bookkeep at my prior employer to handle multiple ecommerce brands as the intenral finance lead. I now use bookkeep to handle multiple ecommerce brands for my clients as an outsourced bookkeeper. In both instances, I have found the product to be very intuitive, continually improving and expanding, and most importantly, I have found the support team to be informed, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. I was able to onboard a client in about the same amount of time it would have taken to just do single day (or month) manual entry into Quickbooks. The implementation was fast and easy. Plus, it gives you good tips to consider to make sure you're books are accurate. I love that the app sends you a summary email daily. I check it every morning so that I can stay on top of the link status and make any tweaks, if needed. I wish every SAAS/app were as well designed, executed, and supported as this one.
