I like that Bloomfire is easy to access and browse. I use it quite often. It has all the documents in order and an easy navigation tab that helps you type in what you're looking for. The assisted AI feature is incredibly intricate. I've realized for some other AI capabilities, you need to ask the question in a certain way otherwise it won't function correctly. Bloomfire's AI is not nearly as touchy and is a great resource even when I need to ask it a question in a pinch.
