The upside was, the 6/10 times it actually was able to be seen, the experience was amazing for my client. Customer service (when they actually answer) is nice but is largely unhelpful.

Nothing. Other than maybe the convenience of creating ads from your computer. That seems cool ideally, but these ads do nothing but possible brand awareness. These are broad attempts to market, and do not work well at all.
