Very easy to set up with an intuitive GUI interface. I was up and running in less than an hour. I was even able to brand my agreement! I was also impressed with the Customer Success process of leaving a review and getting the free upgrade. I assume it was tied to the single-use and my setting up of the product. Hopefully, the delay was intentional and based on data (meaning the majority of customers that purchase an upgrade do it within a week, and you offer the free upgrade to customers that wouldn't otherwise purchase it after the normally paid upgrade period)

The process of uploading and circulating a document for signatures is very intuitive. Having an electronic record of the document's routing and signature timestamps is very beneficial.

I love how simple the system is and the fact that it has a clean interface. It simply does what I need getting documents signed quickly. Great alternative to solutions like Docusign.
