The software is very easy to use. Setting up documents was a breeze and formatting looked great. The documents don't look terribly clunky after all of the signatures come back - some software I've used will have severe misalignment or extra small signatures. Additionally, they have a robust sorting and filtering feature, though this works best if you establish and use their labels feature. (Labels behave like tags.) On the client side of things, it was very easy for them to use as well. My client base is generally not tech savvy, and I got really good feedback. I will be recommending this software to all of my clients.
