Very simple to use. I had my document ready, it was just as simple as uploading it, specifying the people to sign and sending it. I also saw there was an assistance feature although it was intuitive and easy to use. Notifications were sent to people who signed and all stakeholders were updated when the document was signed.

Easy and clean to use the basic functionality, I uploaded my PDF, selected the fields for me and my client to sign and they were automatically notified. Also I liked that I could downalod a signed copy of the document for safekeeping

The turn around time and ease of use are the selling points for me. It was easy to implement to the rest of the staff and I did not get any complaints and questions from anyone. It intergrates very well with our processes as an accounting firm and we use it a lot. I have had to contact support because it works so well. The programme let me know every time someone signed a document and the turnaround time was amazing.
