Super User Friendly Signing
The ease of understanding how to navigate the process (creation of the document and signing for partner/contractor). Things were very clear. I don't dig how some sites are covert with the steps or the pages that answer the questions I think are obvious questions or first - last steps. CLARITY and EASE! Some of the people have adopted it's use as well.
