The customer service is the best. Tech suppost is outstanding. The Biblionix staff has encorporated ideas and suggestions from librarians into updates of their software.
Apollo is constantly changing and updating according to our feedback. They are super responsive and have customer service that most can only dream about. What you imagine customer service "should be" is exactly what they deliver. Excellent communication. Never a day without a response. Frequent updates and easy instructions about the new "how tos". Also, it's cost effective for a 3,500 community library.
My favorite thing about Apollo is the updates. I love how they let you know what is changing and give you full information as to how to use it. Also, any changes I have suggested that I need on my Apollo, they have done their best to accommodate.
